In the yoga book I have been using, “slim calm sexy yoga” by tara stiles, she refers to this pose only as “ankle to knee”. It took me a few days of practice to really be able to get into this position properly, but now I think I’m pretty good with it. It’s a fantastic hip opener. Ideally I will eventually get my knee closer to the opposing ankle.
